Freja is one of our holiday homes consisting of almost 60 perfectly planned square meters which through its design creates a complete feeling of peace and connection to nature. Freja welcomes you with a spacious hall with ample storage space, which leads into an airy living room, next door to a well-equipped and spacious kitchen and dining area.
With its four bedrooms, of which two double rooms and two single rooms, there is plenty of space for the entire family. Adjacent to the bedrooms are also two spacious and fully equipped bathrooms.
Like all our houses, Freja is created with a modern, energy-efficient and biophilic architecture with circadian lighting design. This makes the building both healthy and soothing for humans to live in, while blending in and creating harmony with nature.
The building's total U-value meets the Swedish building regulations that have been set for very cold climate zones. This means lower heat and energy needs, which leads to lower annual costs for heating.
All our houses are created from sustainable materials constructed of cold-formed steel, recycled from scrap cars. By using recycled steel, the building's walls become thinner than in an ordinary wooden house and higher in the ceiling, which is practical in the loft areas. Thinner walls mean that our houses are 20% larger in terms of interior volume than other house manufacturers.
Ragnar and the rest of our buildings are 100% climate-proof regardless of the environment and have twice the lifespan of traditional house structures, which makes it more environmentally friendly and reduces the carbon footprint. With our construction technology and materials, a fantastic air quality and tightness in the buildings is also created.
