Ragnar is one of our attefallshus consisting of 30 perfectly planned square meters which through its design creates a complete feeling of peace and connection to nature. Ragnar invites to socializing in an airy living room of over 18 square meters, also equipped with a kitchen. A few steps up from the living room you will find a spacious sleeping loft with plenty of space for both a double bed and workspace. A fully equipped and large bathroom is located adjacent to the living room. Glass sections that cover a large part of the 4 meter high wall from the living room create a wonderful and natural light.
Like all our houses, Ragnar is created with a modern, energy-efficient and biophilic architecture with circadian lighting design. This makes the building both healthy and soothing for humans to live in, while blending in and creating harmony with nature.
The building's total U-value meets the Swedish building regulations that have been set for very cold climate zones. This means lower heat and energy needs, which leads to lower annual costs for heating.
All our attefallshus and friggebodar are created from sustainable materials constructed of cold-formed steel, recycled from scrap cars. By using recycled steel, the building's walls become thinner than in an ordinary wooden house and higher in the ceiling, which is practical in the loft areas. Thinner walls mean that our houses are 20% larger in terms of interior volume than other house manufacturers.
Ragnar and the rest of our buildings are 100% climate-proof regardless of the environment and have twice the lifespan of traditional house structures, which makes it more environmentally friendly and reduces the carbon footprint. With our construction technology and materials, a fantastic air quality and tightness in the buildings is also created.
